The large kitchen, covering an area of 30 square meters, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

The dining-living room is spacious, measuring 45 square meters, and features a fireplace, television, and DVD player. It opens up to a covered terrace of 30 square meters with a barbecue.

Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available.
