- By car: Take Motorway A7 and exit at Avignon Sud.
- By train: Arrive at SNCF Avignon Train Station, which is 7km away. Contact them at +33 8 92 35 35 35 for more information.
- By plane: The closest airport is Avignon-Caumont, which is 10km away. Contact them at +33 4 90 81 51 51. Alternatively, you can also fly into Marseille-Marignane Airport, which is 70km away. Contact them at +33 4 42 14 14 14.

Directions to La Sousto:
- From Avignon, take the N570 road towards Arles for 2km.
- Then, turn left onto the D571 road and continue until you reach Chateaurenard.
- At the post office, head towards Saint Rémy de Provence for 800m.
- Turn left towards "Parcours sportif".
- Finally, take the avenue of "la 1er D.F.L.". "La Sousto" will be on your left after 900m, with signs indicating its location.
