On the first floor, there are three unique guest rooms for your ultimate privacy. Each room is impeccably decorated with personalized touches and features a spacious Queen Size bed (160×200), luxurious bedding, a stylish bathroom, and private toilets. All rooms are equipped with a convenient reversible air conditioning system and a flat-screen TV with TNT.

The Bamboo bedroom, located upstairs in the owner's house, offers approximately 35 m2 of space. It boasts a comfortable Queen Size bed and an integrated shower room with toilet. From this room, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, as well as the beautiful wooded park and its inviting swimming pool.

The Terracotta bedroom, also situated upstairs in the owner's house, offers around 25 m2 of space. It includes a large Queen Size bed and a private, independent bathroom measuring approximately 12m2. From here, you can admire the serene views of the lush wooded park and the sparkling swimming pool.

The Océane Suite, located on the first floor of the owner's house, is a spacious retreat perfect for 2 or 4 guests. It features a garden view, a large Queen Size bed, and two twin beds measuring 80x200. If desired, the two twin beds can be transformed into a single Queen Size bed (160×200). Please remember to specify this option when making your booking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, a bathroom with water and a separate toilet are conveniently located on this floor, along with a washing machine for your convenience.

Heading upstairs, you will discover two delightful bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable 140x200 bed, while the second bedroom offers two 80x200 beds that can be connected to form a luxurious 160x200 bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system to ensure a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

Outside, the cottage boasts a private terrace complete with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in the fresh air. Additionally, an electric plancha is provided for your convenience, allowing you to easily prepare delicious meals. Private parking is available on-site, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure.
