Our 60 m2 gîte, named Les Kiwis, is spread across two levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is available throughout the year and offers a brand new, comfortable space with complimentary wifi access. Whether you're planning a vacation, hosting an event, or simply visiting friends or family, we warmly welcome you to our gîte. Conveniently situated in the heart of Gémozac, with all necessary amenities and medical services within walking distance, our gîte is part of our property Le Clos de Gémozac, ensuring a convenient and local experience. Please note that a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night applies.

Welcome to this delightful 60m² cottage, featuring a range of amenities for your comfort and convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.

The cozy living room offers an 80cm connected LED TV screen, a DVD player, and a selection of books and DVDs for your entertainment. Additionally, there is an optional PS2 game console available upon request.

The bathroom features a spacious vanity unit, a 90x95 shower, a bathtub, and a heating/electric towel dryer. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

Upstairs, you will find a comfortable sleeping area spanning 30m², complete with a 160x200 double bed, two single beds measuring 90x190, and a cupboard for storage.

To ensure you stay connected, the cottage offers Kiwis Wi-Fi access with parental control.
