Our gîte is available for rent for a minimum of 3 nights. A rental contract and a 30% deposit are required at the time of booking. Additionally, a mandatory deposit of €300 is required.

To ensure your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival, with a maximum occupancy of 8 people per bed. At the end of your stay, a cleaning fee of €80 will be charged.

Please note that a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night is applicable.

Welcome to our 3-star gîte, rated with 3 Clévacances keys. The Les Palmiers gîte is a newly renovated and comfortable accommodation spread over 110 m2 on 2 levels, with a maximum capacity of 8 people. Whether you're planning a holiday, hosting an event, or simply visiting friends or family, our gîte is the perfect choice.

Conveniently located in the center of Gémozac, within walking distance of all shops and medical services, the gîte is part of our property, Le Clos de Gémozac, ensuring you have access to local amenities and services.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill. Basic necessities and household products are provided for your convenience. The living room features an 80cm LED Smart TV for your entertainment. The bathroom boasts a 90cm vanity unit, a spacious walk-in shower (90x160 cm), a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. Additionally, there are separate toilets with a washbasin.

Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area which includes a bedroom with a double bed (140x200), another bedroom with two single beds (90x200), and a third bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190). The upstairs bathroom features a 90cm vanity unit, a shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer.

The gîte also offers a fully enclosed private garden with a terrace, tables and chairs, a barbecue, and a Tancarville. You can enjoy outdoor activities with our table tennis table and make use of the barbecue facilities.

Please note that there is a tourist tax of €0.73 per adult per night. In consideration of our residents, smoking is not allowed inside the gîte. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets due to the presence of our dogs and cats.
