On the ground floor, you will be enchanted by the charm of the Board of COMPANY and the authentic ambiance of the chamber MR. Each room is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed and has a spacious independent bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the second floor, you will find the attic of the house, featuring the COTE GARDEN room with 2 beds measuring 120 cm and the COLONIAL room with a luxurious 160 cm bed. Both rooms have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Additionally, guests have access to the swimming pool on the premises, which is supervised by the landlord.

The charming country cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and has been awarded a 3-star rating by GITE DE FRANCE.
The ground floor features an open kitchen that seamlessly flows into the living room and lounge area.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, with 2 of them furnished with comfortable 140 cm beds and the remaining one equipped with two 120 cm beds. Each room boasts its own bathroom, complete with either a shower or a bath.
Additionally, the cottage offers a laundry room, an enclosed courtyard, and a private garden that is shared with the owner. Guests will also have access to a secure swimming pool, supervised by the owner.

Directions

Here are some helpful directions to make finding our location easier:
If you are coming from SAINTES via A10, take exit No. 35 and then continue following the signs for OLÉRON Island for approximately 15 km. Once you reach NANCRAS, turn left at the traffic lights towards SAUJON - SABLONCEAUX. Drive through SABLONCEAUX and SAINT-ANDRE, and when you reach the outskirts of the village, turn right at the old mill onto BERTHEGILLE road. Keep following the signs for the hamlet of BERTHEGILLE. Our house is located at the western end of the town, marked by a slate sign.
