Your hosts, Carol and Ted, are dedicated to helping you make the most of your time in the picturesque Berry countryside. Please note that our home is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Aux Prés du Berry B&B is nestled on 2 acres of stunning landscaped countryside. With a variety of trees, shrubs, and vibrant flowering borders, our property offers a tranquil and serene environment. We invite you to explore our fruit and vegetable gardens, which provide a plentiful harvest throughout the year for both guests and ourselves.

Indulge in a delightful dining experience under the garden pergola, weather permitting. Our evening meals often feature organic and seasonal produce sourced from our own garden. We take pride in preparing fresh meals and can accommodate special dietary needs, including vegetarian options.

For guests traveling with pets, we offer a pet-friendly room conveniently located on the ground floor. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your well-behaved pet, and we will gladly accommodate them if our pet-friendly room is available.

Conveniently located near the motorway, our B&B offers a peaceful retreat that is easily accessible. It is an ideal destination for a week-long holiday or a stopover for travelers heading to the South of France and the Mediterranean. We are only 6 hours from Calais and a short 10-minute drive from the A20, exit 17. The Limoges and Poitiers airports are both within a 1-1.5 hour drive. Additionally, the main train route from Paris to Toulouse stops nearby in the towns of Argenton sur Creuse or Chateauroux.

Surrounded by remarkable tourist sites, our B&B is just 8 km from the historic medieval market town of Argenton sur Creuse and within 30 km of Chateauroux, the capital of Indre (Department 36). The Eguzon lake-park and the Three Lakes district, known for their breathtaking views and water sports, are a short 20-minute drive away. The Brenne National Park is also just minutes from our doorstep. We are more than happy to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your stay in our region and assist you in any way possible.

To reach Aux Prés du Berry Bed & Breakfast, follow these travel directions:

Take the exit at junction 17 from the A20 motorway and look for signs indicating Montlucon, La Chatre, Neuvy Saint-Sepulcre, D927. Proceed on the D927 for approximately 6 km. After passing a small lake on your right, you will come across a right turn onto the D30 towards Chavin. Look for our sign, Aux Prés du Berry Bed & Breakfast, and take this road. Continue for another 4 km until you reach a stop sign. Turn right into the hamlet of Bonnilly. In case you miss the turn on the D927, you will pass a small airport on your right, and the subsequent road will be the new D40 towards Chavin. The hamlet of Bonnilly is the first one you will encounter. If you go too far, simply turn back. We are located on the third street on the right. Look for a sign guiding you to our road. It is a narrow road, and at the end, you will find our sign along with the Gites de France sign.
