Welcome to the peaceful Roseraie, where we offer two guest rooms and table d'hôtes. Our charming establishment is located in Montipouret 36230, nestled between the tranquil seas of Indre and Sarzay. Just 10 km from Nohant and La Châtre in the beautiful Vauvre Valley, we are situated in the heart of the enchanting Black Valley and near the historic Angibault mill.

The price of the rooms starts at 62 euros per night, with a supplement of 15 euros for a third person sharing the same room. For solo travelers, the rate is 56 euros. Bikers with motorcycles enjoy a special rate of 55 euros, while pilgrims can benefit from the same rate with the possibility of transportation to Sarzay. For longer stays, we offer a 6-night package for 372 euros and a 7-night package for 434 euros.

A delicious breakfast is included in the room rate. Additionally, we provide the option of a delightful meal for 26 euros per person, with a reduced rate of 18 euros for children up to 10 years old. Our rooms are equipped with a double bed, with one room also offering a single bed and the availability of a cot if needed.

Our premises feature a small garden where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We offer various games for both adults and children, as well as a selection of books and internet access upon request.

If you prefer dining out, there are charming and affordable restaurants just 4 km away for your lunchtime enjoyment. For those who love outdoor activities, there are numerous hiking trails and interesting sites to explore in the vicinity. We are happy to provide information about local events and attractions.

Directions

To reach Mers-sur-Indre from the village of Sarzay, travel in the direction of Mers-sur-Indre for 4 km. Once you reach the threshold panel, take the first road on the left, which is located 200 m away.
When you are in Mers-sur-Indre, head towards Sarzay for 3 km. The road you need to take will be the fifth one on your right.
