The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, two modern shower rooms, and separate toilets. Outside, you can enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy of a walled and fenced garden, complete with a barbecue and games for the whole family to enjoy. Directions

Directions from Le Mans: Take A28 until you reach the exit for Neuillé Pont-Pierre. Continue on this road until you reach Semblançay where you will find D48 towards Pernay. After crossing D959, you will find the property on your left after 2 km.

Directions from Paris: Take A6 and then A10. Take exit 19 and follow the signs for ANGERS. Continue on N138 and then D959. The property will be on your left, 2 km after the crossroads.

Directions from the south: Take A10 and exit at Sainte Radegonde. Follow the signs for ANGERS on N138 and then D959. After 7 km past La Membrolle sur Choisille, turn left onto D48. The property will be on your left, 2 km further.
