This enchanting property is located in the valley of the Gioune river, encompassing a 12.5 acre/5 hectare plot of land, mainly covered in dense woodland, and includes a charming river flowing through it. The moulin can be accessed by crossing a quaint small bridge over the river Gioune. Le Moulin de Sansonneche comprises the owners' accommodation and two independent Gites, both boasting a similar layout. The ground floor of each Gite spans approximately 40 m2 and features separate kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. Ascending the stairs to the first floor, you will find the bathroom and three bedrooms, each measuring around 10 m2. In each Gite, there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Two of the bedrooms offer splendid views of the front of the property, overlooking the serene river.
