Newly restored, this comfortable wooden chalet is nestled in a serene and lush green environment. Situated in a clearing facing south, it offers a picturesque view of the water. The chalet features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second bedroom with four single beds.

Outside, there is a spacious private terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Inside, the chalet is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Amenities such as TV and WiFi are also provided.

Located right by a fishing pond and just a short 300-meter walk from the supervised bathing lake called Lake Naute, which boasts a beautiful beach and a playground, this chalet offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.
