Welcome to our spacious house that can accommodate up to 9 people. With three stories, each approximately 40m2, and a rooftop terrace, this house offers ample space for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, you will find a separate studio and a charming backyard with a sunny southern exposure.

The main house, with its separate entrance, two floors, loggia, and rooftop terrace, can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The first floor, covering approximately 40m2, features three bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a double bed and double doors that open onto a lovely loggia/balcony at the front of the house. The second bedroom offers two single beds, while the third bedroom is a cozy space with a single bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.

On the top floor, you will be greeted by a spacious living room adorned with high, open-beamed ceilings. The open kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, seamlessly connects to the living area. Double doors at the back open onto a charming French balcony, while sliding doors at the front lead to a rooftop terrace featuring a built-in barbecue. From this delightful patio, you can catch glimpses of the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea peeking through the trees in the nearby park.

The guest apartment, located on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and can accommodate between 2 to 4 people. The apartment offers a generously sized studio with a bathroom featuring a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate kitchen/dining room with a door that opens onto the sunny south-facing garden. Here, you can savor your breakfast or dinner surrounded by the vibrant bougainvillea.

Conveniently, the beach is only a short 250-meter stroll from the front door.
