Our peaceful cottages in the charming Catalan village of Ortaffa, near Collioure, welcome you. With a population of approximately 1200 inhabitants, this village is situated 15 km from Perpignan, just 10 minutes away from Argelés beach, and a mere 15 minutes from Collioure. This region is truly a paradise, offering the best of both worlds - the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, where you can indulge in the pleasures of nature. Wake up every morning to the breathtaking beauty of Canigou. Additionally, we invite you to savor the delights of Catalan cuisine, as we offer dinner every night at the affordable prices of 22 euros for adults, 15 euros for children aged 9 to 12, and 10 euros for children aged 4 to 8.

Description for Gite

Welcome to the Mas des Palmiers, where we offer two charming cottages that can accommodate 2 to 5 people. These air-conditioned cottages are conveniently located on one level and have their own private entrance.

Inside, you will find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed, measuring 140 x 190. The bed base is equipped with 2/3 slats and 1/3 elastic straps, while the mattress is 14 cm thick and made of polyurethane.

During your stay, you have access to our refreshing swimming pool, complete with comfortable deck chairs for relaxation. Additionally, we provide garden furniture for you to enjoy your meals under the shade of trees next to the pool.

Our site offers a peaceful and shaded environment, and we also provide a secure parking lot for your convenience.

Gite 1, measuring 31 m2, consists of two rooms and a private terrace overlooking the garden. The living area includes a kitchenette with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and television. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a dining table. The bedroom features a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower cubicle, and toilet.

Gite 2, measuring 29 m2, also consists of two rooms and a private terrace. The living area offers a similar kitchenette setup with an electric hob, oven/microwave, fridge, and television. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, along with a dining table. The bedroom in this cottage features a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower cubicle, and toilet.

For your convenience, we provide linens for your stay, and there is an option for cleaning at the end of your visit for an additional fee of 25 euros. There is also a tourist tax of 0 euros per person. To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival. We accept holiday checks but regretfully cannot accommodate pets.

Check-in is available from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and check-out is from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the latest. Additionally, there is a shared washing machine available for a fee of 3 euros, with laundry products included.
