1) Key Features of the apartment:This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the first level of a building adjacent to the main house. Access to the apartment is through individual steps outside. The apartment features a spacious 1x7 m balcony that overlooks a nearby wooded park. Guests can enjoy outdoor spaces on the grass and in the shade, complete with garden furniture, and have access to the banks of the Loire river. The property also offers two parking spaces and the possibility to securely store two bikes in a fully equipped workshop.

The apartment consists of 4 rooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a hall. The kitchen is equipped with 4 induction cooking stations, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The living room includes a TV with TNT and a DVD player. Wi-Fi connection is available for legal use only.
The bathroom features a spacious shower cabin measuring 1x1m, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. Guests can also make use of a mobile outdoor clothesline for drying clothes.
