The Boisseau rural cottage is located in the beautiful southern Burgundy region, within the Morvan Regional Park. It is just 17 km away from the Gallo-Roman city of Autun and 50 km from the renowned wine capital of Beaune. Built in the seventeenth century, this charming stone farmhouse showcases the traditional architecture of the rural Morvan area.

This enchanting property is a haven for nature lovers, nestled on the side of a hill with stunning views of Mont Beuvray (Bibracte), a characteristic feature of the Haut Morvan. The cottage, classified with 3 "ears of corn," is designed to accommodate up to six people and is situated on the first floor above the owners' own apartment.

With a spacious area of 125 m², the cottage offers a comfortable stay with its well-appointed features. It includes a 30 m² bedroom with a double bed, a 16 m² bedroom with a double bed, and a 17 m² bedroom with two single beds. The cottage also has a separate bathroom and toilet. The large living room seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, television, and telephone (using a card service available from all France Telecom agencies). All necessary bed linens and duvets are provided, and baby facilities are available. The cottage even has a garage for added convenience.

Outdoor facilities are also available for guests to enjoy, including chairs, a sun umbrella, a barbecue, and ample space for outdoor games. The property spans 1.2 hectares (3 acres) and features a main house, two barns (one of which houses cars), an old bakers oven, a well and a trough, a turfed court, meadow, a large orchard, and a kitchen garden. Domestic pets are welcome, ensuring a delightful stay for the whole family.

To further explore the natural beauty of the Morvan countryside, the cottage provides two adult mountain bikes (included in the rental price). These bikes allow guests to discover the area's picturesque landscapes through its many well-marked routes. Additionally, internet access is available for guests' convenience.
