This charming house is situated in the quaint village of Sobreiro. Sobreiro is a small village nestled between Mafra and Ericeira in the municipality of Mafra. The village is renowned for its celebrated artist and Commander Jose Franco, who transformed the land into art by creating a miniature village with mechanized puppets depicting various professions and daily life in old villages.

In addition, the village is home to the Poets House, where you can discover a vast collection of pottery pieces decorated with written poems by António Batalha.

The house itself is conveniently located near stunning beaches such as Ericeira, Ribeira dIlhas, São Lourenço, Foz do Lizandro, Barril, Calada, and Coxos, among others.

The single-story house offers complete independence and features two bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a TV and access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying a delightful BBQ while admiring the beautiful sunset. It also includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and an office equipped with a computer. The kitchen is fully furnished with a washing machine and dishwasher. The house comprises two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Surrounded by a lovely garden, the villa also boasts a 10m x 4m swimming pool, making it an ideal choice for families with children.

The property is conveniently situated just 500 meters from the village center, where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, and food stores. On Saturdays and Sundays, there is a local fruit and vegetable market. Additionally, the location offers easy access to Lisbon via the A21 freeway, which is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Moreover, there are numerous beaches along the Atlantic Coast that are perfect for surfing, bodyboarding, and windsurfing, including the internationally renowned Ribeira dIlhas known for its international competitions.
