This name originates from the two impressive circular floors made of sturdy stones, where wheat was traditionally threshed, that are situated adjacent to the house. Originally constructed in the early 20th century, the house was in a state of disrepair when we acquired it. However, through meticulous restoration and expansion efforts, we have transformed this former farmhouse into a charming retreat. The name "Psilalonia" is a nod to its French translation, "the High Aires," which pays homage to the nearby expansive grain fields characterized by their imposing stone structures, once used for wheat processing. Immerse yourself in the history and beauty of this renovated old farmhouse, and experience a truly unforgettable stay.
