There is also a dining room and a terrace with a BBQ, offering exceptional views of the Flemish polder and its surrounding countryside and coves. The interior design of the cottage is in Flemish style.

- Weekend (2 nights): 150.00 (Low Season) / 200.00 (High Season)
- Weekend (3 nights): 200.00 (Low Season) / 300.00 (High Season)
- Midweek (4 nights): 250.00 (Low Season) / 400.00 (High Season)

The prices are based on 2 people. For additional guests (3rd and 4th person), there is an extra charge of 20.00 per person per day. The price includes information about the area and the use of bicycles and wifi. Additional charges apply for electricity usage at 0.35 per kilowatt and a cleaning fee of 50.00. Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen supplies are available at 15.00 per person per week, weekend, or midweek.

Please note that High Season includes Christmas/Silvestre, Easter, July, and August.
