Directions

To reach Charolles from Paris, drive on the A6 motorway towards Nevers Montargis for 71 km, then take the A77 for 164 km. Once near Nevers, continue on the N7 for 60 km until you reach Moulins. From there, follow the signs to Mâcon by taking the N79 for 75 km, which will lead you to Charolles.

If you are traveling from Geneva to Charolles, start by taking the A40 motorway towards Paris. Take the exit towards A406/E62 Moulins / Lyon / Montceau-Les-Mines / Mâcon sud. Continue on the N79 and then take exit 12 towards Charolles.

For those coming from Lyon, drive on the A6 motorway towards Paris and exit at Mâcon sud. Follow the signs to Moulins on the RN 79 until you reach Charolles.

To get from Charolles to the Château de Vaulx, first take the D985 road towards la Clayette. Pass through Changy-Tourny and a grade crossing. After 1 km, take the second right, paying attention to the most right road. Look for a sign indicating Vaulx and avoid going towards the village of Saint-Julien-de-Civry.

Continue driving up the hill and at the cross, take a right turn. Follow the signs until you reach the gate. Park in front of the greenhouse and ring the kitchen doorbell.
