Welcome to the vacation home "Bec des Etagnes" in Bleusy, Haute-Nendaz, Switzerland. This ancient farmhouse is nestled in the charming hamlet of Bleusy, just 1.8 km outside of Haute-Nendaz. It offers all-season access and is conveniently located only 150 m from the Post-Bus-Stop "Chapelle du Bleusy" and the Hotel/Restaurant "Auberge du Bleusy". The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, situated at an impressive altitude of 1400 m above sea level amidst breathtaking mountain scenery. There is a car park nearby and a covered balcony for relaxation, as well as a barbecue area. Shopping can be done in the town, just 1.8 km away. Please note that the property is not recommended for physically handicapped individuals or children under 4 years old.

During the winter season, there is a Ski-Bus available every 30 minutes from the nearby Bus-Stop to Nendaz or Siviez. Families can enjoy a tax reduction on ski lift subscriptions, and the ski area "4 vallees" is easily accessible. In the summer season, the area offers excellent hiking opportunities in the southern part of the canton Wallis.

The chalet itself offers a net living space of 65 m2 on 2 levels, with a maximum occupancy of 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with a 210 l fridge, a 3-plate electric stove with an oven, a 200 l boiler, condiments, tableware, a coffee machine with a filter, and dinnerware for Fondue and Raclette. The living room features a corner seat/dining table, a club counter, closets, a carpeted floor, a radio, and satellite TV with all CH channels. Please note that there is no telephone connection available.

There are two bedrooms in the chalet. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has 2 single beds (90/200) and a closet. Bedroom 2 on the first floor has 1 single bed (90/200) and 1 double bed (90/200), accessible via an open wooden staircase in the attic. Bedding including molleton, blankets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their own sheets and linen. Alternatively, bedclothes and bathclothes can be rented for a fee of Fr 20.-*/5.-* respectively, with prices subject to change. The chalet also has an en suite shower and toilet.

The heating water is supplied by the communal water supply of Nendaz, and the boiler has a capacity of 200 liters. Electricity usage will be charged based on KW-hours and will be offset with the deposit. Visitors staying at the chalet will be required to pay a visitor's tax of Sfr 2.50 per adult and Sfr. 1.25 per child aged 6 to 16 per night.

Cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the hirer, but cleaning services by a professional company are available for CHF100.-. The term of lease starts on Saturdays and has a minimum duration of 1 week (7 days). Guests will need to do a self check-in and provide a document of acceptance. A deposit of CHF. 200.- is required, and please note that smoking is not allowed in the house area. Domestic animals are allowed upon request.
