Trullo nell’aia antica is an authentic Puglia house featuring a distinctive cone-shaped architectural style. Constructed using traditional techniques dating back to the 700s, these trulli are made entirely of stone without the use of cement. Situated in the charming Valle d'Itria in Locorotondo, this 80m2 ground floor trullo beautifully combines traditional decor with modern comforts.

Description for Gite

This holiday home features five spacious cones that make up the living room, including a sofa, a double bedroom, a twin bedded room, a kitchen/dining room, and a large cone housing the bathroom. The courtyard offers sun loungers for relaxation, a barbecue, and a garden table with chairs for enjoying meals outdoors. This charming and captivating vacation home is the perfect place to spend your holidays, as the trulli structures naturally provide a cool and comfortable interior. Directions

Trullo is a great starting point for exploring the attractions of the Puglia region. One must-see is Alberobello, home to the Trulli museum, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Other notable places to visit include the archaeological digs in Egnazia, the caves at Castellana Grotte, and the Zoo Safari at Fasano, which offers a unique combination of a safari and a theme park experience. Martina Franca is a stunning Baroque town worth exploring, while Ostuni, known as the "white town on a hill," is another picturesque destination. Savelletri, a bustling fishing village, is just a short 15-kilometer journey from Locorotondo, where you can enjoy the beautiful coastline of Puglia. The cliffs and sand banks create a stunning backdrop for the crystal-clear sea. If you're willing to travel a bit further, you can also reach the Ionian Sea, as well as the historical centers of Lecce, Santa Maria Di Leuca, Gallipoli, and Otranto. Trullo is conveniently situated between Bari and Brindisi airports, but it is recommended to have a car for easy transportation.
