Located near a beautiful park and a swimming pool, the studio also benefits from a convenient bus stop just 10 meters away. Additionally, you'll find a bakery and a fruit and vegetable meat merchant right on the street. The city center and shops are within walking distance, and being situated in the suburbs means you don't have to worry about parking or traffic. The A75 motorway (connecting Paris and Montpellier) is easily accessible, just 2 km away.
You can park right in front of the studio, and if you prefer, there is also the option to rent a garage for an additional 5 euros per day.
