This spacious house, which was previously a Benedictine dwelling, has been welcoming guests since June 2007. It is conveniently located in the heart of the historic neighborhood, just below the saint Agnan bell tower. The house boasts a charming garden with breathtaking views of the Loire river and the Sancerrois mountains. Guests staying on the first floor have direct access to the garden.Once settled in, guests can easily explore the town and indulge in a delicious meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. Each of the five guest rooms is uniquely decorated, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere. All rooms feature a king size bed and a private bathroom.
Guests are invited to relax in the sitting-room and library, located in the heart of the house. Weather permitting, breakfast is served in the garden. The fifth room, called the "bellfry room," is nestled at the bottom of the bell tower and has its own private access to the garden. The spacious bathroom in this room includes a large balneotub. From May to September, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool.
