The single-story house is surrounded by tall trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere. In the private garden, you will find a comfortable rest area, as well as a table and chairs for enjoying meals outdoors. Additionally, there is a barbecue available for your use.

No matter if you are traveling by bicycle, motorbike, or car, you can securely park your vehicle in a private car park.

Inside the house, there are three bedrooms for your convenience. The first bedroom is a suite, featuring a 160-sized bed, a private shower room, a separate toilet, and a direct exit to the garden through French doors. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet. One of these bedrooms offers a 140-sized bed, while the other has two 90-sized beds.

The living room and kitchen area is spacious and well-equipped. You will find a stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and even a fondue set.

Each room can be rented separately, with access to a shared kitchen.

To get to our house, take the A77 and exit at Nevers. Our house is situated to the north of the Loire River, near the Bérégovoy Hospital and the Lycée Alain Colas.
