Originally, the location served as a radiogoniometric station for the French air force, commonly referred to as the "old GPS." Situated atop a 12-meter tower, an antenna was installed to provide guidance for airplanes. The tower was constructed on the summit of a tranquil hill, earning it the affectionate nickname "My Ivory Tower." Within the tower, two rooms have been furnished, with one suite conveniently positioned on the ground floor adjacent to the swimming pool and summer kitchen.

These tower rooms boast an approximate surface area of 30 square meters, offering picturesque views of the Pyrenees. Equipped with a spacious bed measuring 160x200cm, each room includes a private bathroom, television, hairdryer, and other amenities. Additional sleeping arrangements, such as an extra bed or a crib, are available upon request. The suite on the ground floor provides the same level of comfort, featuring a 160x200cm bed, a bathroom, and a TV. Additionally, a separate room is provided for children, furnished with two beds measuring 80x190cm. The suite also benefits from its own heating and air conditioning system.
