We have three ensuite bedrooms, each equipped with a shower and WC. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning/heating system, allowing you to adjust the temperature according to your preference. Our establishment also features a spacious lounge area where guests can enjoy board games, a billiard table, and a darts board. Additionally, we provide coffee and tea making facilities. For clients staying with us for more than two nights, there is a kitchen area available for their use.Outside, our lovely garden boasts a large koi pond, perfect for relaxing on sunny days, as well as a small swimming pool to help you cool off. You are welcome to utilize the BBQ as well. From the upstairs lounge, you can enjoy stunning views of the Pyrenees mountains in the distance. Our location is ideal for exploring the local region, whether it's by foot, bicycle, or car. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs, but we are happy to lend you one or two of our own to accompany you! Alternatively, if you prefer a more relaxing experience, you can visit one of the nearby vineyards or engage in some painting.
Gascony is renowned for its delicious cuisine, particularly dishes featuring duck and pork noir. The area also offers a wide variety of wines, ranging from crisp dry whites to robust dark reds like Madiran, and everything in between. Additionally, Gascony is home to armagnac and the local aperitif, floc du Gascon. Come and discover why we love living here!
Throughout the year, there are numerous festivals to choose from, including local village fêtes and international celebrations such as Latino in Vic Fezenzac in late July, "Jazz in Marciac" in August, and the Madiran wine fair in August, as well as the Madiran open weekend in November. Details and dates can be found on our website. The Tour de France also passes reasonably close by (Pau) every year.
We have created an e-guide that provides more information about Viella Vacances and the surrounding area. It includes details about local amenities, restaurants, shops, as well as suggestions for visits and links to local tourist offices. We will send you a link to this guide along with your reservation confirmation.
Our prices include bed and breakfast, but we also offer dinner upon advance booking (24 hours notice). If you prefer, we can accommodate a room-only basis. We are able to cater to special diets, including diabetics and those following a gluten-free diet. Please let us know your requirements when making your booking.
Please be aware that we have three dogs, several chickens, and a free-range pot bellied pig. Due to these animals, we regretfully cannot accept other pets.

Directions
If you are driving, Viella Vacances is located approximately 15km south of Aire sur l'Adour. Starting from Aire sur l'Adour, follow the D22 road towards Lembeye, as indicated by the signs. After about 15km, you will come across a fork in the road. Take the left fork, which will lead you uphill towards Viella. Once you enter the village, continue past the bar. At the roundabout, make a right turn towards Maumusson. After approximately 1km, you will see the house on your left. Look for a blue and white wine barrel painted with the name Viella Vacances.
For those arriving at the nearest airport, Pau, which is about a 40-minute drive away, take the Bordeaux road. Eventually, you will need to turn right into Garlin, where you will find signs directing you towards Viella. From there, simply follow the directions mentioned above.
