The gîte, occupying 88m², is situated in a wing of the house and faces south. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a comfortable double bed settee, a TV, and a DVD player. The kitchen area is well-equipped with a sink, fridge, cooking hob, extracting fan, small oven, microwave, and ample storage space. Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom of approximately 12m², complete with a bathtub, wash basin, bidet, toilet, cupboards, and a washing machine for your convenience.

Upstairs, there are two charming bedrooms. The first bedroom, approximately 12m² in size, features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom, approximately 24m² in size, offers a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet, and the possibility to accommodate an extra person. Both bedrooms have access to a delightful 15m² veranda, which is furnished as a cozy reading room and offers a picturesque bay window overlooking the scenic Luberon.

Outside, you can enjoy a spacious 24m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. The gîte also boasts a refreshing 11x5.5m swimming pool, facing south, where you can soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters.

Here are the revised travel directions to the Moulin de Félix:

To reach the Moulin de Félix, use the following GPS coordinates: Lat 43°51’51’’ N – Long 05°06’39’’ E.

1. Exit the A7 motorway at CAVAILLON, taking way out n°25.
2. Drive through CAVAILLON and go under the railway bridge. Follow the signs for "AVIGNONCARPENTRAS" and then "CLINIQUE SAINT ROCH" on the D15 road.
3. At the traffic lights, continue straight on the D15 road for approximately 3 km until you reach the Plan de Robion and a roundabout with tall cypresses. Go straight through the roundabout.
4. About 800m further ahead, you will see a crossroad on the left for the Camping des Cerisiers (Route de Lagnes). Continue straight on.
5. Drive past two old farmhouses on the right side of the road.
6. The Moulin de Félix is located 100 m after the second farmhouse on the right side, just before a bridge over a canal. Look for big iron gates, olive trees below the road, and a cypress-lined lane leading to the house.
