Please note that pets are not allowed in our cottages. Rentals are available on Saturdays, starting from 4:00 pm, and guests are kindly asked to vacate the premises by 10:00 am on Saturday morning. The lease agreement will become effective upon receipt of the contract and deposit. The deposit required is 25% of the total cost, and the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. A separate deposit of $300 is also required, which will be refunded, destroyed, or returned within 15 days after your departure. Please be aware that a daily tax of $0.40 per person is applicable, with exemptions for children under 13 years old, during the period between June 15 and September 15. Additionally, any electricity usage exceeding 8 KW per day will incur an additional charge.
