The residence, known as THE CALANQUE, is nestled in a tranquil 5-hectare pine forest, just 300 meters from the beach and conveniently close to shops. There is a cozy 26 m² studio for 2 persons, three 47 m² duplex apartments accommodating 2 to 6 people, a 60 m² apartment with a mezzanine accommodating 2 to 7 people, and a 65 m² apartment with a mezzanine also accommodating 2 to 7 people. Each apartment boasts a private terrace of 14 m² and its own land. With the exception of the studio, the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, featuring a bedroom with a 140 cm bed for 2 people, and another bedroom with two 90 cm beds. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a convertible BZ.
