The gîte features its own entrance, carport, and a private covered terrace. The property also includes a courtyard and unfenced land.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that opens up to a large covered terrace. Upstairs, there is an office space on the landing, along with three bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of one room with a double bed (140), another room with a double bed, and a third room with two single beds (90). There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor. The gîte is equipped with reversible heating/air conditioning for comfort. Additionally, there is a swimming pool on the property.
