Located in the peaceful hamlet of St Pardoux, this spacious 84 m² house is available for weekly rental. It can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people and is situated at an altitude of 1100m, offering stunning views of the church, Cantal, and Sancy. The house is conveniently close to various amenities including shops, a mini market, bakery, butcher, tobacco/newspaper store, bars, restaurants, garage/service station, medical office, pharmacy, bank, and local producers of cold cuts and cheeses.Nearby attractions include a swimming lake just 600m away, which has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag classification. Additionally, there are plenty of options for winter sports enthusiasts, such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and even dog sledding. The popular ski resorts of LA STELE, CHASTREIX SANCY, MONT DORE, and SUPER BESSE are all within easy reach. For those seeking relaxation, there are also spas in LA BOURBOULE and MONT DORE. Nature lovers will appreciate the numerous hiking trails, waterfalls, and lakes in the surrounding area.
The ground floor of the house features a spacious living room with a large table and benches, as well as a cantou with cupboards and a wardrobe for storing jackets and ski suits. There is also a designated space for ski storage. The living room includes a comfortable seating area with a 92cm LCD TV, a convertible corner sofa which can accommodate two additional guests, a bench seat, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample storage space and includes a 200L fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, and dishwasher. Crockery is provided. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a washbasin and a shower, as well as a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190 cm) in each, and another bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). Mattresses, pillows, and duvets are provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linen. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe, and there is also a separate toilet on this floor.
Please note that the chalet is non-smoking, and pets are allowed under certain conditions.
The rental prices are as follows:
- High season: 550 Euros per week. This includes Christmas, February/March (school holidays), and July/August (school holidays).
- Mid season: 450 Euros per week. This applies to May/June and September.
- Low season: 350 Euros per week. This covers the rest of the year.
- Weekend stays of 2 nights are available during the off-season for 250 Euros.
- A spa package is offered for 800 Euros for a duration of 3 weeks.
- The tourist tax is 0.7 Euros per person per day, with children under 18 exempt from this fee.
