With utmost respect for its historical roots and original materials, the house has undergone a transformation to create a peaceful sanctuary. Stephan and Julia warmly welcome you, inviting you to enjoy the various spaces available for your relaxation. Whether you choose to unwind alone or with your family, the house offers five elegant and tastefully decorated rooms, accommodating 2 to 5 guests. Each room includes a private shower or bath and toilet. The simplicity, delicacy, and elegance of the decor will captivate you. The house boasts a spacious living room with two fireplaces, a cozy salon for games and reading, a music corner featuring a piano and other instruments, summer and winter dining rooms, an internet room with wifi, a large terrace, a beautiful park, and a soon-to-be-completed swimming pool (summer 2007). Within the property, you will find ample shaded parking and a covered garage. La Bichonnière is ideally situated near numerous tourist attractions such as Vézelay, the Pontigny Abbey, the Guédélon, Saint Fargeau, and Ratilly castles. Nearby, you can also explore the Colette museum, the pottery town of Saint-Amand en Puisaye, the Boutissaint Park with its wildlife, the Bourdon Lake offering swimming and water sports, and the surrounding areas of Toucy, known for its cyclo-rail adventure.
