It boasts 8 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with modern en-suite facilities including a shower, wash basin, and WC. Nestled in a wide and picturesque avenue leading to the seafront, The Dunedin offers free and unrestricted parking on both sides of Alexandra Road and the surrounding streets. Although situated on the outskirts of town, it is just a short stroll away from the town center and the stunning seafront. This prime location makes it the perfect base for exploring the numerous pubs, restaurants, and attractions that Penzance has to offer, all at reasonable prices.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served in our bright and airy dining room, located on the lower ground floor. We provide a variety of cereals, chilled fruit juices, and cooked-to-order main courses to cater to different tastes and preferences.

For the ultimate relaxation, our guest lounge on the upper ground floor offers comfortable sofas and armchairs. Whether you prefer watching TV, reading books, newspapers, magazines, or tourist literature, or simply taking a nap, this space is designed for your enjoyment.
