Room 2: Situated on the garden side of the property, this room features a spacious double bed (180/200), a bathroom with a bathtub, WC, WIFI, and a terrace.

Room 3: Nestled in the attic, this room includes one single bed (90/200) and one double bed (180/200). It has a bathroom with a shower, WC, and high-speed internet access (ADSL). This room is quite spacious.

We have a baby chair and a baby cot available upon request. Additionally, there is a common room on the ground floor for breakfasts, and on the upper floor, there is a cozy living room. Parking is reserved in the large courtyard for our guests.

This holiday cottage (Gîte Rural) is a charming retreat with a 3-ear rating, located on a peaceful farm in a serene hamlet. It is situated just 6 km away from the enchanting forest of Orléans and a mere hour's drive from the bustling city of Paris. This location makes it an ideal base for exploring the magnificent Chamerolles castle. Conveniently located near the Martinatrap exit (N°7) of the A19 highway, the cottage is only 9 km away from Martinatrap. Martinatrap is conveniently sandwiched between the picturesque towns of Neuville-aux-bois (4km) and Montigny (2km). Additionally, the cottage offers a dedicated box for those travelling with horses, available at a rate of 20 per day.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans les chambres du rez Côté cour et Côté jardin.
Tout était impecable; la déco, les aménagements et la propreté.
Le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.
Les propriétaires; très disponibles. Ils ont pris le temps de nous faire visiter leur exploitation et de nous donner un foule d'explications sur leurs activités (ferme céréalière et élevage de chevaux).
Vraiment parfait, à recommander.

Directions

To access the destination, take the N20 and turn left at Artenay. Then, take a left at Artenay D97 towards Orleans - Stamps. After that, continue straight for 3km to reach Neuville-with-wood in the direction of Montigny and Martinatrap. Alternatively, you can take the N152 towards Orleans - Pithiviers and turn left at Montigny to reach Neuville-with-wood. Martinatrap is located 2km away in this direction.

If you are traveling by highway, take the A19 and exit at N°7 for Pithiviers/Neuville-aux-bois.
