Nestled within a picturesque farmland property, the farmhouse is accessible via a small dead-end drive, just 200 meters away from a cow farm and the owner's residence.

Bathed in sunlight, the farmhouse is surrounded by rolling meadows and enchanting woodlands, creating a serene and idyllic setting. The expansive garden, spanning 2000 square meters, is securely fenced with sheep wire netting and wooden bars, ensuring privacy and safety.

Spanning a generous 115 square meters, the farmhouse is conveniently situated on the garden level. The interior features a cozy living room adorned with exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings, a comfortable sofa bed for two, and a traditional fireplace known as the "cantou." Directions

To travel from Paris to Toulouse on the A20, take Exit 45 for Tulle and Vigeois. Follow road D3 to Vigeois, following the signs for the tourist road called "circuit de la vallée de la Vézère". Once in Vigeois, continue on the tourist road (D3) for 8 km in the direction of Objat. You will then reach a hamlet called "Les Fombiardes". After 500 m in this hamlet, turn right onto the road indicated as "Les Chaises Basses". The Gîte is located another 500 m ahead on the left.
