Enjoy your holiday in the heart of the beautiful Regional Park of Luberon. This large traditional Provençal house is situated on a peaceful 3,200m² plot of land. The property boasts stunning views of the Luberon mountains to the south (at 600m) and the charming village of Lacoste to the north, with the Marquis de Sade's Castle and the majestic Mount Ventoux just 38km away.

You will love the tranquility of the surroundings, as well as the amenities provided, such as a petanque court, a large L-shaped swimming pool (12m x 12m) with a pool house and stone barbecue, and a volleyball court on the property. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities for sports, history, and culture in the nearby area.

The house consists of two spacious living areas. The first, measuring 60m², includes a comfortable living room with a television and fireplace, a large farmhouse table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second, measuring 45m², features another living room with a television and foosball table, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

A mezzanine area, complete with a television, serves as a card game area, as well as a reading, conversation, or video game corner. There are six bedrooms with a total of 13 beds (3 double beds and 7 single beds), as well as a baby cot available for your use. Each living room also has a sofa bed for two.

The house is equipped with two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bathtub, as well as an additional shower in one of the first-floor bedrooms. There are also two separate toilets. Firewood for the fireplace is provided during the cooler seasons, and the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Linens can be provided upon request, and a "baby kit" with a high chair, playpen, and double stroller is available as an optional extra.
