Situated at an altitude of 170 meters (557 feet), the house is located just 13 kilometers (8 miles) away from the beach, making it a perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts who enjoy hiking and exploring.

The front garden features a paved terrace with seating for eight, along with a hammock and several sunbeds. You can also indulge in outdoor summer lunches and dinners with the charcoal BBQ provided.

Upon entering the house, you will find an inviting entrance hall that provides access to all the rooms on the ground floor, as well as stairs leading to the upper level. The tastefully decorated lounge boasts an L-shaped layout with white and soft yellow tones. It offers two large sofas, two armchairs, and a decorative open fire for cozy evenings. Entertainment options include a satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, and a bookshelf stocked with books and DVDs.

The dining area, located in the second part of the living room, features a spacious oak table that can be adjusted in size and comfortably seats eight. A baby high chair is also available. From this area, you can access the balcony and enjoy mountain views while having breakfast.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-ring gas stove, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more, ensuring that all your culinary needs are met.

The ground floor also hosts two bedrooms. Bedroom 1, located on the entrance level, boasts peach and white decor and offers patio door access to the front terrace. It features a built-in wardrobe spacious enough for two people. Bedroom 2, also on the entrance level, showcases a café au lait and white color scheme and provides a view over the valley. It includes a large built-in wardrobe.

The well-sized bathroom on the ground floor includes a bath, shower, and a washing machine. Ample shelf space is available for storing your belongings, and a hairdryer is provided for your convenience. A tastefully decorated WC is also located on this level.

Moving to the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms. Bedroom 3, situated on the second floor and facing the road, boasts a light yellow and white color scheme, complemented by black iron beds and tables. It includes a free-standing wardrobe large enough for two people. Bedroom 4, also on the second floor, offers a view of the valley and is decorated in cream white and white tones. It may be the smallest bedroom in the house, but it still comfortably accommodates two people. A free-standing wardrobe is provided.
