"The Metairie du Fraysse" is a charming and characterful cottage located in the Corrèze region. This detached house, restored in 2011, offers all the necessary amenities for your comfort and provides an ideal setting for relaxation.

Situated in a small hamlet in Correze, this character house is perfect for those who love peace and nature. It retains its charm with thick stone walls, an inglenook fireplace, typical bassière, exposed beams, and a slate roof.

The 30m2 living room is centered around a traditional fireplace equipped with a stove, and features a large plasma TV, DVD player, and stereo. Additionally, the cottage now offers wireless internet for your convenience.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, stove, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils.

The cottage also includes laundry facilities.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed (wrought iron sofa), and a small room with a single bed. The bathroom features two basins and a bath with a tropical rain shower. There is also a separate toilet.

For families with babies, we provide equipment such as a cot, highchair, bath, changing mat, potty, and bottle warmer.

Pets are welcome, but please inform the owner at the time of booking.

The house is non-smoking, and guests are kindly requested not to throw cigarette butts outside as ashtrays are provided.

The large 2000m² garden is enclosed by a dry stone wall and offers two lounges, a parasol, barbecue, playground, and badminton.

Our cottage is perfect for holidays with family or friends. Depending on your preferences, you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday, or engage in various sports and explore the surrounding attractions.

Nearby attractions include Sédières Castle, Gimel waterfalls, Argentat-sur-Dordogne, a medieval discovery center in Egletons, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Tours de Merle, a medieval farm in Xaintrie, the President Chirac museum in Sarran, and Tulle.

For those looking to explore further, there are also attractions such as the Aubazine monks' canal, Collonges-la-Rouge, Curemonte, Turenne, Padirac, Pompadour, Rocamadour, Lascaux Cave, the Natural Park of Auvergne Volcanoes, Sarlat, Figeac, Salers, and Aurillac.
