Welcome to our large seaside villa in St Aubin sur Mer! Situated just 200 meters from the stunning sand beach of the Alabaster Coast, this villa is the perfect destination for your beach getaway.

With an official 3-ear Gîtes de France rating, our villa comfortably accommodates up to 17 people in its 175m² of living space. The villa is nestled on a beautifully landscaped 1500m² plot of land, providing a tranquil and private setting.

Outside, you'll find a small tarred closed court with outdoor furniture, a fixed barbecue for your grilling needs, and a ping pong table for some friendly competition. We also offer a secure shed for storing bicycles. Additionally, there is a cozy small bedroom with one single bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds and a variety of toys, board games, and dress-up clothes for the little ones. Both bedrooms also feature a convenient washbasin.

Inside the villa, the ground floor boasts a dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room offers breathtaking sea views through ten large windows, and is furnished with a French billiards table, a comfortable sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a small working fireplace for cozy evenings.

On the first and second floors, you'll find five bedrooms with a combination of double beds, single beds, and cribs. All bedding, including covers, duvet-covers, and pillows, is provided. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets are also available for your convenience. The villa is equipped with central heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay, and we also have amenities for babies.

For your convenience, we offer sheet rentals for 6 euros per pair, and there is a cleaning supplement of 60 euros.

In the mornings, you can enjoy fresh fish from the local fishermen's boats, which are available for purchase. For any shopping needs, the nearby towns of Veules les Roses and St Valéry en Caux are just a 10-minute drive away. These towns offer various amenities such as a pleasure port with a tourist office, a casino, a swimming pool, an aerodrome, and a hospital. If you're looking for more beachside activities, the beach resort of Dieppe is just 25 minutes away.

In the surrounding area, you'll find numerous beautiful floral parks, charming chateaux, and stately homes to explore. And if you're a fan of walking, there are plenty of trekking paths along the shore and through the countryside.

Directions

From Paris, head towards Rouen and take the Barentin exit on the A15. Continue on this road until you reach Pavilly, then turn onto the D142 towards Limésy/Yerville. Once you reach Yerville, take a right onto the D142 towards SAINT LAURENT Cx, then continue on to Fountain Dun, St Pierre the viger, and finally the D237 towards Strapping woman - St Pierre the Old man. When you reach the Dun Borough, make a right turn towards St Aubin. Look for "the Saltworks" and turn left onto the D75 towards St Aubin. From there, follow the road until you reach "the beach" and the entrance will be on your left, after a series of letter-boxes from the postal and telecommunications authorities. If you are coming from Rouen, take the direction towards Dieppe and once you reach St Aubin/Scie, turn towards Offranville. Continue on the D54 towards Ouville the river, then take the D925 towards Bourg Dun, and finally the D237 towards St Aubin on sea.
