Our establishment offers three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower (120 * 80) and basin, as well as a separate toilet.

The first room, called "the Mansard," is situated on the elevated ground floor with a lovely terrace. It provides a comfortable 160cm bed and a private lounge area with a television.

The second room, named "the garden," is conveniently located on the ground floor, also with a terrace. It features a versatile 180cm modular bed for your convenience.

Lastly, the family room, known as "the attic," is found on the upper floor. It boasts an adjustable 180cm bed and a cozy lounge area with an additional sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

Étape très agréable, très bon accueil de Nadine et son mari. Grande Chambre joliment décorée, belle salle d eau moderne. Petit déjeuner royal tout fait maison, bravo. Je recommande cette adresse, un excellent souvenir.

To reach our location, follow these revised travel directions:
If you are coming from the A6, please take Exit 22 Avallon. Upon reaching the roundabout, proceed in the direction of Lyon. Once you reach the stop on the D606, continue towards Lyon/Dijon. After traveling approximately 500m, make a right turn onto Etrée. Our destination is situated on the right side, just as you exit the village.
If you are starting from Avallon, simply stay on the D606 until you reach Etrée. Please avoid taking the route towards Magny.
