:: Detailed descriptionThis charming gite has a maximum capacity of 5 people plus 1 baby, and offers a comfortable and spacious living space of 75 m2.
On the ground floor, you will find a newly renovated living room and open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is also a modern bathroom with an Italian shower, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the gite features two large bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a TV lounge, and a DVD player. The second bedroom offers three single beds (90x190), which can be arranged according to your preference. A cot is available upon request.
The gite is well-equipped with modern amenities including WI-FI, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a ceramic hob. There is also a multifunctional food processor for your convenience.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and relax in the enclosed garden. There is also an electric barbecue (plancha) for your use. For those who enjoy cycling, there is a closed room for bicycles and repairs. Private parking is available in the common courtyard shared with the owners.
Entertainment options include board games, table football, and a diverse library featuring books for all ages, including regional literature and novels.
