Located on the ground floor of our magnificent villa, this separate entrance grants access to two charming bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. One bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the other offers two single beds, perfect for solo travelers. Additionally, if needed, a third bedroom is available for families or friends. The delightful terrace attached to the bedrooms overlooks the beautiful south-facing garden, which guests are welcome to enjoy at their leisure. The bathroom, exclusively for use by our guests, includes a WC. Situated just 200 meters from the beach and in close proximity to the town center, this villa provides the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Perpignan, with its abundance of shops and amenities, is just a short 10-minute drive away, and a nearby bus service offers easy transportation.
