Casa Migliaca is situated near the northern coast of Sicily, just a few kilometers from Cefalù. Nestled between the Nebrodi Mountains and Madonie mountains, this charming house sits on a hill overlooking the East side of the Tusa river valley, with breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the Nebrodi woods. Originally built in the 17th century as an oil mill, Casa Migliaca has been transformed into a welcoming accommodation in the early nineties. Today, it offers a simple yet inviting hospitality experience.

At Casa Migliaca, the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Guests gather for dinner around a large round table, which was once the base of the olive mill. Breakfast is a leisurely affair, with no time restrictions. Each guest helps themselves in the ancient kitchen on the first floor.

The house offers a total of eight rooms. The rooms on the first floor are furnished with antique pieces, adding a touch of history to the ambiance. The ground level rooms still retain the original features of the oil mill service rooms, including the silted jar, small palmento, and chestnut mezzanine, which serve as a reminder of its past functions. All the rooms are generously sized, and while the bathrooms are compact, they are designed to be functional, while respecting the original architecture and volumes.

Surrounded by a 12-hectare active farm, Casa Migliaca is proud to produce its own olive oil and citrus fruits. The property offers a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the beauty of the Sicilian countryside while enjoying comfortable accommodations and warm hospitality.
