Description:

Description for Gite

Welcome to our charming cottage, "the Gâtinelle," where old stones meet green building and three-star comfort. We have recently renovated with love and care to ensure your holiday is filled with comfort and tranquility in a protected environment. Our farm has been organic for over 30 years.

Located just 5 km from the medieval city of Parthenay, our cottage offers proximity to prestigious destinations such as Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin, Vendée beaches, and Futuroscope. There is an abundance of festivals, walking circuits, swimming areas, and opportunities to explore and enjoy our beautiful region of Gâtine.

Inside the cottage, you will be captivated by the spacious and luminous living room that opens onto a terrace overlooking a stunning wooded valley. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds and a single bed), a mezzanine with a convertible sofa for two, a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, and a lovely garden.

For your children's enjoyment, we provide a playground with a small above ground pool, trampoline, swing, and table tennis. Additionally, I would be delighted to personally take you on a tour of our farm, where you and your children can participate in milking goats and learn the secrets of our cheese production. It will be a wonderful moment to share with your family.

This comfortable house can accommodate 5 to 7 people, making it ideal for the whole family. For more details and availability, please visit our website ungiteaupre.com or contact me at 06-81-17-13-69. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
