Guests can enjoy the comfort of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, or opt for the twin bedded room. The B&B also features a spacious conservatory, which serves as a perfect spot for relaxation, reading, playing board games, and even dining. All necessary crockery and cutlery are provided, along with the convenience of a fridge and microwave. The property boasts an enclosed parking area, a lovely garden, and a cozy patio. Please note that this is a non-smoking establishment and pets are not allowed.

Reffannes can be found on the D938, which is located 12 kilometers north of Parthenay and 16 kilometers south of St Maixent lEcole. To the east, you will find Poitiers, which is 40 kilometers away, and to the south lies Niort, also 40 kilometers away. The house is conveniently situated next to the Post Office on "Rue de la Poste," at the crossroads of the D131 and the D938.
