Our three rooms have direct access to a private lounge of 16m2, which leads to the common areas of the property, including the garden, terrace, barbecue, and pool. Each room can accommodate two people and is equipped with a double bed (140x190), an LCD TV, free WiFi, desks, and storage units. The bathrooms are independent and private.

Depending on the number of people traveling together, we offer three suites:
- Suite Louis: Includes one bedroom, one living room, and can accommodate two persons (29m2) with a rate of 90-95 / night.
- Suite Alexander: Includes two bedrooms, one living room, and can accommodate three to four persons (43 m2) with a rate of 150 - 170 / night.
- Suite Marie: Includes three bedrooms, one living room, and can accommodate five to six people (57 m2) with a rate of 200 - 225 / night.

These suites have their own bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room, and a separate private toilet.

We offer a complimentary gourmet breakfast, served from 8 to 9:30 am on the terrace under the shade of the wisteria or in the family dining room. Our breakfast includes homemade yogurts, jams, and pastries made from local products. We also provide fresh bread, pastries, fruits, organic fruit juice, and honey directly sourced from local producers.

You can enjoy our fenced garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean species, as well as relax by the heated swimming pool (8m x 4m). We have a barbecue area equipped with a griddle, fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker, along with a picnic table if you wish to have your evening meal in the garden.

If you need assistance with nearby restaurant recommendations, we are happy to provide guidance. Additionally, we offer bicycles, outdoor games, and board games for your enjoyment.

For wine enthusiasts, we offer a guided tour of a vineyard in the "Côtes du Roussillon Villages" appellation by a passionate winemaker who loves his land. The tour lasts approximately two hours and requires a reservation 72 hours in advance. The price is 5 per person, and a free tasting will be offered after the visit.

Mas au calme, à 15 mn de Perpignan, dans l'arrière-pays. Accueil des plus chaleureux. Des spécialités maison à déguster et des propriétaires très disponibles. Martine et Bernard
