Welcome to the beautiful, chic, and cozy Edge of Marmeloux house, spanning 200 sqm and meticulously furnished across three levels. Situated in the heart of the stunning Auvergne region, this little corner of paradise can accommodate up to 10 people and offers a warm and carefully decorated interior.

Begin your day in the conservatory, where you can enjoy breakfast under the rising sun. During the summer, this sheltered space allows you to bask in the outdoors, while in colder weather, it provides a cozy haven away from the elements. It's an invitation to truly live in the moment.

Every aspect of this charming house is designed to provide relaxation and well-being. The spacious living room, in a quiet and elegant style, encompasses a lounge, dining area, and kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace. A second comfortable and cozy living room on the second floor is equipped with a TV, library, and board games.

The kitchen area is ideally arranged and equipped with high-end appliances, making it perfect for hosting and entertaining large families or groups of friends. It includes white hotel-quality crockery, a dishwasher, microwave and oven, gas hob and hood, two large fridges, a large freezer, and small appliances for your convenience.

The Edge of Marmeloux boasts five bedrooms, each exquisitely decorated and equipped with high-quality bedding for a relaxing and serene vacation. The linen room features a 160 x 200 bed, the mole room offers a 140x200 bed, the raw room has two 90x200 beds or one king size bed, the pink room has two 90x200 beds or one king size bed, and the beige room offers a 160x200 bed. With three bathrooms, including one with a bath and shower and another with a spa, there is ample space for everyone to find their perfect toilet area.

Additional amenities include a private and enclosed garden, two living areas, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, a barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, a table tennis table, two TVs, WiFi, bed linen, towels, basic household products, and basic food provisions.
