The main room includes a kitchen corner equipped with a fridge, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, iron, and washing machine. Crockery is also provided. There is a dining area and lounge with a television, books, games, video, and WIFI. The bedroom offers a large and comfortable bed with beautiful countryside views. Additionally, there is a new fireside area with a stove and armchairs. The accommodation also includes a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower. On the terrace, a garden table and chairs are provided along with a barbecue. In the private park, there are garden loungers for guests to relax on.

This charming self-catering accommodation in an old water mill is available for nightly or weekly rentals (minimum two nights). Situated on a vast and secluded property, surrounded by beautiful hills and a flowing stream, this location offers a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

Perfectly positioned for stopovers, house hunting, exploring the rich history and gastronomy of the region, or simply unwinding and relaxing. We are conveniently located just 5 kilometers from Saulieu and the Chamboux Lake, which offers fishing, water sports, and swimming. Additionally, we are only a 30-minute drive from the Avallon motorway exit on the A6, providing easy access to the South.

On the first floor of the mill, our fully equipped and private cottage boasts a spacious room with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. Guests can enjoy books, music, DVD's, and CD's provided for their entertainment. The cottage also features a cozy bedroom with a large double bed, a shower room, and a separate WC. Each room is tastefully decorated to create a welcoming ambiance.

For outdoor relaxation, the cottage includes a private stoned balcony area with a table, chairs, and vibrant flowers. It is the perfect spot to enjoy meals or a Bar-B-Que while taking in the serene surroundings.

Directions

To get to your destination, follow these revised travel directions: Exit the South Motorway at Avallon and continue on the N6 towards Saulieu. From Saulieu, take the D15 road that leads to Autun. Once you reach the small hamlet of Macon, make a left turn, and then take a right turn after passing the small lake.
