Spanning across 133 m2, the accommodation includes a spacious 19 m2 bedroom with a garden view and an indoor swimming pool (58m2) that maintains a comfortable temperature of 27-28 ° in winter and 30 ° in summer, thanks to thermal panels. The suite also features a shower, a separate toilet, a bathroom, a cozy living/dining room (29 m2), and a library/TV room that can be used as an additional bedroom for children.
