Directions

To reach Ferme du Chalet from the ports of Calais, Boulogne, Dieppe, and Le Havre, you should first head towards the motorways that lead to the A29 motorway, which will take you to the Pont de Normandie. It is advisable to purchase your return ticket for the bridge toll (5€) at this point. Once you have crossed the bridge, you should immediately exit the motorway. Ferme du Chalet is just a 10-minute drive from the toll booth.

For those arriving from Caen, Cherbourg, St Malo, and Roscoff, you should take the last exit off the motorway before crossing the Pont de Normandie. This exit is located just before the bridge, and you will see the towering structure as you leave. From these ports, your goal is to head towards the Pont de Normandie without crossing it.

Specifically, if you are traveling from Caen, take the A13 to the A29 motorway, which will lead you to the Pont de Normandie. From Cherbourg, take the N13 to Caen, then follow the ring road to the A13 and A29 towards the bridge. From St Malo, take the D4 to Dol de Bretagne, then the N176 to the N175 and A84 motorway. Finally, from Roscoff, take the D58 to the N12, then the N176, following the same directions as from St Malo.

If you are coming from Paris, leave the Paris ring road using the A13 and exit at junction 28. Take the N175 towards St Maclou, and before reaching St Maclou, take the N178 towards the pont de Tancarville. Then, follow the D312 towards Conteville and Berville. The cottages are located just before the Church in Berville sur Mer.

For local directions from the Pont de Normandie exit, take the D580 towards Pont Audemer. After approximately 1 mile, turn left at the roundabout onto the D312. This road will lead you to Berville sur Mer. Ferme du Chalet is signposted to the left just before entering the village. If you miss this sign, you can also take the first left after the village entrance sign. The residence is located 500m down the road, immediately before and to the right of the church.

If you are arriving from Beauvais airport, leave the airport and head towards Beauvais. Then, take the N31 west towards Rouen. Continue through Rouen and head towards the A13 motorway. Take the motorway heading west towards Honfleur and Deauville. Exit at junction 28 and follow the same directions as mentioned above, taking the N175 towards St Maclou, then the N178 towards the pont de Tancarville, and finally the D312 towards Conteville and Berville. The cottages are located just before the Church in Berville sur Mer.
